The unit treatment costs, expressed in £/m3, have been obtained with the following equations:

 x < 30.000 EI:

y = 834 – 0.0112 x

 x >=30.000 AI:

y = 563 – 0.0008 x

y = unit cost in £/m3

x = equivalent inhabitants (EI)
